If you wish to use a mail-in order form CLICK HERE (or use the button to the left) for one you
can print, fill-out and mail or FAX. This form requires that you enter amounts for
postage, discounts and TAX. Discounts and Postage can be calculated by entering the
merchandise you want to purchase into the shopping cart and hitting the View Cart / Checkout button. Tax for orders
shipped to California is computed by multiplying the discounted total by .0775. Another
way to order by FAX, Phone, or Mail is to use the shopping cart as if you were going to
order via Credit Card on our secure server. When you get to the Place Order Screen there
is an option to print-out the order form and mail in. All discounts, sales tax and
shipping will be calculated for you.
Discounts:
If your purchase totals $200 or more there is a 5% discount.
If your purchase totals $1,000 or more there is a 10% discount.
These discounts are automatically calculated by the shopping cart.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
There is a minimum S&H charge of $10 for any order. Each item ordered
has its own individual S&H charge depending on size, weight and labor involved in
framing and packing. If the charges for items ordered exceeds $10, the minimum will not be
added to the accumulated charges for the other items. The chart below specifies the
individual item S&H costs.
